Business Analyst

Job Description

For BAs who bridge business intent, engineering clarity, and Al-enabled deliver

Key Responsibilities

• Extract business needs from stakeholders and translate into actionable specifications
• Document integration requirements - system interactions, data flows & business rules
• Define requirements for Al-powered features and products, including acceptance criteria for Al products
• Maintain and groom the product backlog ensuring features are sprint-ready
• Produce high-quality artefacts: BRDS, FRDS, process flows, wireframes & journey maps
• Drive Agile ceremonies and align with Agile principles
• Leverage Al tools to accelerate analysis, documentation & research tasks

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a BA in a software or technology company
• Worked as primary BA across multiple project domains
• Experience with custom software, system integration & Al-powered projects
• Solid hands-on Agile / Scrum delivery experience
• Good understanding of API concepts - REST, request/response & data formats
• Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
