About the Roles:
IYKONS is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting IYKONS' portfolio of IT products, services, and accounting solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident on calls, and capable of converting outreach into tangible business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-up communications
- Promote and sell IYKONS' IT products, technology services, and accounting solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients via phone and email
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or business development KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Basic understanding of IT products, services, or technology solutions is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
