Associate Project Manager (Project Owner Track)

Job Description

Role Overview

You will act as a Project Owner, responsible for managing software projects from requirement gathering to final delivery. This role combines Business Analysis, Project Management, and Coordination responsibilities.

You will work directly with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Ownership

• Take full responsibility for project delivery from start to finish
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations

🔹 Business Analysis (BA Role)

• Gather and analyze client requirements 
• Prepare clear documentation (BRD, SRS, or task breakdowns)
• Continuously clarify requirements during development
• Ensure final output matches business expectations

🔹 Project Management (PM Role)

• Plan and manage project timelines
• Assign and track tasks for developers
• Identify risks and resolve blockers quickly
• Maintain clear communication with clients

🔹 Project Coordination

• Follow up on daily tasks and progress
• Maintain project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Ensure smooth communication between teams
• Keep all stakeholders updated on progress

🔹 Quality Support (with QA)

• Work closely with QA to validate deliverables 
• Ensure features meet requirements before delivery
• Assist in handling revisions and feedback

Requirements 

• 6 months to 1 year experience in IT / Software / Project Coordination
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic understanding of software/web development processes
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar (preferred)
