Job Description
Join i4T Global as the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them from pre-sales to post-sales support and helping them get the most from our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train clients, provide demos, and resolve queries.
- Build strong client relationships across regions.
- Manage support requests, escalations, and collaborate with sales.
- Stay updated on product features and ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer support, ideally SaaS/tech.
- Experience with Office 365, CRM, Zendesk/Freshdesk, or similar.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-focused skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field.
