Job Description

Join i4T Global as the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them from pre-sales to post-sales support and helping them get the most from our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train clients, provide demos, and resolve queries.
  • Build strong client relationships across regions.
  • Manage support requests, escalations, and collaborate with sales.
  • Stay updated on product features and ensure compliance with security standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer support, ideally SaaS/tech.
  • Experience with Office 365, CRM, Zendesk/Freshdesk, or similar.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-focused skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field.
