Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for SAP Business One environments Install, configure, and upgrade SAP B1 systems
• Manage servers, VMs, and network infrastructure
• Perform database administration (SAP HANA/MS SQL)
• Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes Support cloud environments (Azure/ Huawei)
• Assist in system migrations and implementations Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system uptime
• Prepare technical documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1-3 years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure support
• Experience with SAP Business One (preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux Server, Networking, and Virtualization
• Experience with SAP HANA or MS SQL Server
• Exposure to cloud platforms
