Experience Requirement

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
• Write high-quality, compelling content tailored to target audiences
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong communication and organizational skills
