Customer Service & Sales Executive (Remote — US Shift)

Work Location: Remote (Sri Lanka)
Work Schedule: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (SLT), Monday to Saturday (1-hour break)
Compensation: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)About the Company

KD Associates Buffalo Inc. is a U.S.-based organization providing professional landscaping, tree care, and home improvement services across multiple states. We are expanding our remote operations and seeking dedicated professionals in Sri Lanka to support our growing customer base.

Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service & Sales Executives to manage inbound and outbound communications with U.S.-based customers. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to understand customer needs while supporting appointment scheduling and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Manage inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Qualify leads and support sales conversion activities
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business closure
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and maintain payment tracking
  • Utilize internal web and mobile systems for daily operations
  • Escalate priority matters to sales or management teams when necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: GCE A-Level / Undergraduate and above

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of international customer service experience
  • Experience working with U.S. clients is highly preferred
  • Exposure to outbound calling or cold calling is an advantage

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
  • Sales orientation with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and online systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work-from-Home Requirements:
