We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes.
• Gather requirements and provide insights for decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and track performance.
• Support projects and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to boost productivity and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business or an ERP manufacture and services environment data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
• Team player with knowledge of process improvement (a plus). Age below 35yrs.
