The Opportunity

  • Role: Enterprise Sales Consultant – IT Solutions
  • Specialization: IT Infrastructure, Network Solutions, and Enterprise Hardware

  • Location: On-site (Sri Lanka)

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Growth: Identify and develop new enterprise-level business opportunities specifically within the Sri Lankan IT infrastructure market.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Effectively engage with C-level executives and key IT decision-makers to discuss mission-critical hardware needs.
  • Solution Architecture: Understand intricate client requirements to propose tailored, high-impact infrastructure and network solutions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of hardware deployments.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to project closure and hardware delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 7–8+ years of proven success in IT sales or technology business development.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Network Security, and System Integration.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-value corporate and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Sales Approach: A target-driven mindset utilizing a consultative selling methodology.
  • Education: An IT background or relevant technical qualification is a strong advantage.
