Job Description

Role Overview:

Join Waterlily Labs as an IT Support & Helpdesk / System Administrator! Manage our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and work closely with HR and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs & Hyper-V environments
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and the Azure portal
  • Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with IT inventory, installations, resets, and upgrades
  • Ensure system security and maintain integrity
  • Support HR and other departments with IT-related tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Windows-based environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V
  • Understanding of security best practices
  • Proven IT support & system administration experience
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
