Job Description
Role Overview:
Join Waterlily Labs as an IT Support & Helpdesk / System Administrator! Manage our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and work closely with HR and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs & Hyper-V environments
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and the Azure portal
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with IT inventory, installations, resets, and upgrades
- Ensure system security and maintain integrity
- Support HR and other departments with IT-related tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years in Windows-based environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V
- Understanding of security best practices
- Proven IT support & system administration experience
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
