Specialist - Integration Support

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Specialist - Integration Support to support system documentation, requirements analysis, and technical coordination while gaining practical exposure in a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system diagrams, technical documentation, and specifications
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation
• Prepare functional wireframes to illustrate system behavior and workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify technical requirements during implementation
• Support sprint planning by assisting in feature breakdown and task structuring
• Ensure alignment and integration across system components and development teams

Qualification & Skills

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and backend system architecture
• Familiarity with Java or Python environments is an added advantage
• Experience with diagramming, wireframing, and documentation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
