IT Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for leading IT operations to ensure secure, reliable, & efficient systems. This role oversees infrastructure, supports system improvements, manages the IT team and vendors, & ensures business continuity through effective IT management.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, ensuring reliable & high-performing systems.
• Maintain availability of networks, infrastructure, & business-critical platforms.
• Oversee IT support functions including incident management, troubleshooting, & escalations.
• Drive cybersecurity, data protection, & compliance with IT policies & regulations.
• Manage & develop the IT team while fostering accountability & collaboration.
• Support enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, & cloud environments.
• Plan & execute IT projects, system upgrades, & process improvements.
• Monitor system performance & resolve issues proactively to prevent downtime. Manage vendors, service providers, & IT budgets effectively.
• Ensure backup systems, disaster recovery, & business continuity readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role; BPO/ITES experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking & cloud technologies.
• Experience managing IT operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible & adaptable to support operational needs beyond standard working hours.
