We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a strong command of multi-channel paid advertising, across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a strong command of multi-channel paid advertising, across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
You will plan, launch, and optimise data-driven campaigns that drive measurable growth, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-focused, and comfortable managing budgets across diverse ad ecosystems and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Search & Display (SEM)
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yandex Ads (Search, Display, and Video).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy management.
- Develop and test ad copy and landing page variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to maintain consistency and relevance in paid campaigns.
- Manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & LinkedIn,
- Build audiences, craft engaging creatives, and execute remarketing and funnel-based strategies.
- Continuously test ad formats, placements, and messages to maximise ROI.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing multi-platform digital ad campaigns.
- Firsthand experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), and Yandex Direct.
- Strong understanding of SEM, social media advertising, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for performance analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO and content-driven acquisition strategies.
- Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
- Experience in remarketing, programmatic display, and marketing automation platforms.
