Role Description
Webtezza is looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is curious about how businesses operate and how software can solve business problems.
This role is not limited to documentation. You will actively participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and translating business needs into clear instructions for the development team.
You will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers while gaining hands-on exposure to real client projects.
If you enjoy asking questions, understanding business workflows, and turning ideas into structured solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and project goals.
Communicate with clients in the initial stage of projects to gather clear functional requirements.
Analyze client needs and translate them into clear requirement documents, feature lists, and user stories.
Prepare basic system workflows, process diagrams, and requirement documentation.
Work closely with the development team to clarify features and functionality during project execution.
Assist in preparing project proposals, system scopes, and feature breakdowns.
Research industry practices, competitor solutions, and potential improvements for client projects.
Support project managers in tracking project progress and requirement alignment.
Ensure that business requirements are properly understood before development begins.
Qualifications and Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, software systems, and business processes.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills and confidence to interact with clients.
Ability to break down complex ideas into clear written requirements.
Basic understanding of software development processes or digital products is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Excel, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and pay attention to detail.
