We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience who can confidently handle day-to-day creative tasks and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid ads (Meta & Google), and digital campaigns
  • Create content such as posts, banners, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and ad visuals
  • Assist in developing brand identities, layouts, and visual consistency
  • Resize, adapt, and optimize creatives for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and media buying teams
  • Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
  • Maintain design quality while meeting deadlines
  • Stay up to date with design, social media, and advertising trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a graphic designer
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva is a plus)
  • Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work

Added Advantage

  • Video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
