Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries about products via email, marketplace messaging systems, and online platforms
  • Respond to customer questions through social media platforms
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and order tracking
  • Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records, case logs, and reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
  • Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
