We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about understanding business needs, translating them into effective solutions, and supporting organizations in achieving their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to showcase ERP solutions that improve business operations.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including responding to tenders/RFPs and preparing proposals.
  • Support ERP implementation projects from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.
  • Facilitate workshops, process analysis, and user requirement sessions.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS etc.).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
