Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences for our healthcare products. If you’re passionate about improving lives through design and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for healthcare applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Define and maintain design systems tailored for healthcare workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with a patient- and clinician-first mindset.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide associate/junior designers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare design standards and UI/UX trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, HCI, or a related field.
• 3 -5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio (preferably in healthcare or enterprise applications).
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Knowledge of React frontend framework is a plus.
• Excellent grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end knowledge for collaboration with developers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control.
• Strong interest in designing systems for healthcare while learning domain workflows.
• Experience with design systems, Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI is desirable.
• Prior experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
