Panhinda Solutions is Hiring – Software Engineering Intern (Non-Paid)

Panhinda Solutions is expanding its engineering team! Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in software development? We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team and contribute to building customized ERP solutions for mid-range enterprises.

This internship provides valuable hands-on experience working on live systems currently being prepared for client implementation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining ERP modules using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Work on MERN stack-based applications and contribute to frontend development using React.js (Vue.js knowledge is an added advantage).
• Understand existing project structures and independently continue assigned development tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system features and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and system optimization tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation of implemented features and changes.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
  • Python
  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • React.js (Vue.js is a plus)
• Ability to quickly understand frameworks and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
