Job Description

Role Overview

You will be responsible for manual testing of web applications, API validation, and ensuring that core business workflows function correctly before release. This role involves working on complex, real-world systems. You must be comfortable handling responsibility and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications (Desktop & Mobile view)
• Write clear and structured test cases
• Test API endpoints using Postman
• Validate authentication and role-based access
• Test registration and payment flows
• Perform negative and edge case testing
• Report bugs clearly with reproduction steps
• Re-test and verify bug fixes
• Participate in regression testing before releases

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in Software Testing
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experience with:

• Manual testing
• Writing test cases
• Postman (API testing)

Understanding of:

• HTTP status codes
• Authentication (JWT/session-based login)
• Form validation testing
• Role-based access testing
• Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB read queries is a plus)
• Good communication skills
