Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Mechatronics.
• Strong foundation in programming (Python, Java, C/C++, SQL) and networking.
• Technical & Cybersecurity Skills
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation networks.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Understanding of:
  • Network & endpoint security
  • User access control
  • OT/IT security principles
  • Vulnerability assessments & incident response

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.

Digital Transformation Skills

• Experience in process automation, data integration, and dashboard creation.
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement (CI) projects - OEE, waste reduction, energy efficiency.
• Ability to lead end-to-end digital projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Software & Analytical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and familiarity with Power BI. Strong analytical mindset to convert operational data into insights.
• Experience with MES or digital factory systems is an advantage.

Preferred Experience & Certifications

• Experience in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, Azure/AWS Fundamentals, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, automation protocols, and lot systems is a plus.
