Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by preparing and filing necessary tax returns and documentation.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to support decision-making processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Fully CA qualified

• Proven experience in managing cash flow and payroll processes

• Strong experience in banking coordination and correspondence

• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in taxation matters
