Associate Software Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and custom web solutions built with React and Nodejs in a low-code/pro-code hybrid environment.
• Design and implement front-end, back-end, and API integrations aligned with modern engineering standards.
• Build scalable, cloud-native applications and services using Azure, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot solutions using Azure tools and best practices.
• Integrate solutions into CCD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, supporting automated and secure delivery workflows.
• Implement and validate Al-assisted features such as Copilot, intelligent automation, and workflow optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product owners, and architects while following Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to reusable components, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience or strong project exposure.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to Al-assisted development and Copilot workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and front-end ibraries.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Front-End: React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3
• Back-End / API: Node.js, Express, REST APIs Low-Code: Power Apps, Power Automate
• Cloud/DevOps: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, GitHub Actions, DevOps
• Database/Data Management: SQL Server, MySQL, Cosmos DB
