Associate QA Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a high-performing product team delivering Low-Code and Pro-Code applications.
• Ensure end-to-end quality across applications, APIs, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and execute manual, automated, and Al-assisted tests.
• Validate Al-generated outputs (Copilot, intelligent flows) for accuracy and business relevance.
• Develop and maintain automated tests; integrate into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Test Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and custom web/cloud applications.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps.
• Provide actionable test reports, metrics, and release readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
• Promote QA best practices, Al-driven testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Skills & Methodologies: Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, Exploratory testing
• Automation Testing (UI, API, Workflows)
• Performance & Load Testing
• Al / Copilot-Assisted Testing
• CI/CD Pipeline Testing
• Data Validation & End-to-End Workflow Verification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of QA experience or equivalent projects.
• Strong understanding of QA lifecycle, testing methodologies, and defect management.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, and databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Basic data validation skills.
• Awareness of Al-assisted testing and intelligent automation workflows.
