ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with sales experience in Interior design & Fittings related building material solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships within the construction and interior finishing sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for building material sales.
  • Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager capacity in building material sales.
  • Strong industry network and understanding of the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
