Associate Backend Developer – Key Expectations:

• 1–2 years of backend development experience
• Strong knowledge of Node.js / PHP / Python / Java
• Experience with Laravel or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Mandatory)
• Experience practicing TDD and writing automated tests
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
