Senior Incident Manager / Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Incident Manager / Specialist to support our global client in leading and coordinating major incident management processes. This role is critical in ensuring rapid resolution of high-priority incidents and maintaining stable, reliable IT services across the enterprise.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in incident response and problem management within an enterprise or SOC environment.
  • Strong expertise in conducting and documenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Relevant certifications in incident response, problem management, or information security (e.g., SANS SEC504, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISM, CISSP) highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of incident response frameworks, structured problem management practices, and RCA methodologies.
  • Ability to manage incidents end-to-end while ensuring auditability, governance alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support systemic risk reduction and continuous improvement.
