Fitconnect is transforming how gyms and fitness centers grow, engage, and retain members through digital membership management, performance tracking, AI-driven insights, and revenue-generating tools. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious go-getter who doesn’t just sell but builds markets, opens doors, and drives growth. This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Market Expansion
- Drive B2B sales for Fitconnect by identifying and converting gyms and fitness centers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
- Own the complete sales journey: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct impactful in-person and online product demonstrations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline.
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Build partnerships with gym owners, fitness communities, trainers, and related organizations.
- Identify expansion opportunities in new regions or segments.
- Develop long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.
- Growth Strategy & Founder Collaboration
- Work closely with founders on go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to refine positioning and pricing.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve adoption and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Startup, SaaS, or B2B experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with proactive execution.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Understanding of SaaS or digital products is an advantage.
