Fitconnect is transforming how gyms and fitness centers grow, engage, and retain members through digital membership management, performance tracking, AI-driven insights, and revenue-generating tools. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious go-getter who doesn’t just sell but builds markets, opens doors, and drives growth. This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales & Market Expansion
  • Drive B2B sales for Fitconnect by identifying and converting gyms and fitness centers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
  • Own the complete sales journey: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct impactful in-person and online product demonstrations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Strategic Partnership Development
  • Build partnerships with gym owners, fitness communities, trainers, and related organizations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in new regions or segments.
  • Develop long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.
  • Growth Strategy & Founder Collaboration
  • Work closely with founders on go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to refine positioning and pricing.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
  • Startup, SaaS, or B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with proactive execution.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Understanding of SaaS or digital products is an advantage.
