AI Practice Lead / Data Architect

• Purpose: Lead Hela's enterprise AI & data strategy, ensuring high-impact AI solutions integrated with SAP, MES, and other systems.
• Key Focus: AI adoption, business alignment, vendor management, and senior leadership engagement.
• Experience Required: 10+ years in IT, data, analytics, or digital transformation; strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
