Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Support
— Provide responsive and professional support to clients and their customers.
— Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Transaction Monitoring & Settlement
— Monitor client transactions to ensure accuracy and proper status updates.
— Coordinate and execute settlement of client transactions in a timely manner.
- Reporting & Documentation
— Prepare, assist, and deliver reports related to client transactions and operations.
— Maintain accurate documentation required by clients and providers.
- Communication & Coordination
— Liaise with providers regarding game transactions, game information, and documentation needs.
