Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Export Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics and documentation related to the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating smooth operations. This role is essential for maintaining our supply chain efficiency and supporting our global trade activities.

Responsibilities

• • Handle end-to-end import and export documentation and processes
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan customs and BOI regulations
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve clearance delays
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and related trade documents
  • Maintain accurate shipment and cost records
  • Support procurement and logistics teams with delivery planning

Requirements

• • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in import and export operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, International Trade, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, BOI procedures, HS codes, shipping documentation, and freight coordination
  • Familiarity with LC documentation, clearance procedures, and port operations
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
