Inubzee is an Ireland-registered startup building AI-powered digital solutions, automation systems, and modern web experiences for clients globally. We're a small, fast-moving team and we're bringing in young creative talent from Sri Lanka to help shape what we look like online , and grow with us into advanced web and AI roles to support clients globally.

This is a genuine export opportunity. You'll gain international exposure and real experience with global clients , all while working remotely from Sri Lanka.This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining someone else's vision. You'll have real input from day one.

We're a small team, which means less bureaucracy and more ownership , you'll always know why your work matters.

Role Summary:

We're looking for a young, mouldable designer-developer , someone with a natural instinct for what looks good and the technical ability to build it. You'll start by evolving inubzee.com itself, then move into client marketing sites as you grow. You'll be mentored directly, not left to figure things out alone.

The perfect candidate has taste. Not just skill ;taste. The kind of person who notices when a heading is too heavy, a colour is slightly off, or a layout doesn't breathe right. That instinct, combined with genuine mastery of WordPress and Elementor, is what we're after.

WordPress and Elementor are your primary tools here , not a nice-to-have, not something you'll learn on the side. If you know these platforms deeply, can bend them to your will, and have the sites to prove it, you're already ahead of most applicants.

Design gets you in the door. Reliable, clean execution — delivered on time and maintained without hand-holding — is what keeps you here and grows your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Suggest and apply creative improvements to inubzee.com : better visuals, layouts, interactions, modern trends
• Translate Figma mockups and design ideas into responsive, live pages using Elementor
• Customise and maintain WordPress sites — themes, plugins, page structure, and builder layouts
• Handle content updates, bug fixes, and front-end styling (HTML, CSS, light JS where needed)
• Ensure mobile-first responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, basic SEO, and page performance
• Take full ownership of day-to-day site health : updates, plugin management, performance checks, and fixes without being asked
• Collaborate remotely with the team on design iterations and ongoing site improvements
• Get hands-on exposure to AI tools and how they're woven into real digital products

Required Skills & Experience

• 0–2 years of practical experience : personal projects, freelance, and internships all count
• A portfolio that demonstrates genuine design flair: clean, modern, considered work
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor, or strong transferable builder experience
• Solid HTML5 and CSS3 fundamentals, and a grasp of responsive design principles
• Ability to take a brief or Figma file and turn it into a live, polished page
• Good written communication for async remote collaboration

Bonus Points

• Figma proficiency or experience with another design tool
• Tailwind CSS, custom CSS/JS for Elementor overrides and advanced styling
• Animations : Elementor motion effects, Lottie, or similar
• Familiarity with SEO plugins (Yoast), performance optimisation, or accessibility basics
• Git basics or version control awareness
• Curiosity about AI tools — ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI in digital products generally

Salary Band & Benefits

• Starting salary of LKR 55,000 – 80,000/month, negotiable based on your portfolio and experience
