We're seeking a versatile, detail oriented and proactive professional, a true "Swiss Knife" team player. You'll work with senior leaders, gain cross functional exposure and drive operational excellence and ISO 27001 governance, ideal for someone who values variety ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups with development and operations teams to ensure smooth progress, identify blockers, and maintain accountability.
• Track operational KPIs and performance metrics, turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Identify blockers, propose solutions, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Act as the bridge between IT, Operations, and HR coordinating tasks like IT support requests, hybrid work monitoring, and staff onboarding/ offboarding.
• Handle HR touchpoints: onboarding newcomers, assigning mentors, coordinating evaluations, and updating leave information.
• Manage client-specific performance requests and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support maintaining ISO 27001 compliance, including documentation, dashboards, risk assessments, and training coordination.
• Continuously look for process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT operations, project coordination, or compliance (preferably in a cross- functional role).
• Working familiarity with ISO 27001 and information security principles.
• Experience liaising with EU/US clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, spreadsheets, and project management software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before they're voiced.
• Sharp on details but can also see the big picture.
• Emotionally intelligent - able to work smoothly with different personalities.
• Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information.
• A connector and problem-solver who can align people, processes, and priorities.
• Excellent spoken & written English skills.
