The Vision

Our client is seeking for a high-caliber Technopreneur to join their team as a Solution Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of our capital markets infrastructure. You will combine the entrepreneurial agility of a founder with the analytical rigor of a researcher to build scalable, modern, AI-driven, and secure financial platforms.

You will own the end-to-end technical strategy—ensuring our trading systems, data pipelines, and client-facing interfaces are performant, resilient, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy: Lead the design of end-to-end solutions for equity, derivatives, or FX trading platforms, balancing ultra-low-latency requirements with mission-critical resilience.
• AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Leverage deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (with a passion for adopting agentic capabilities) to build solutions for automation, integration, and analytics across the market infrastructure lifecycle.
• Blockchain & Web3: Apply your understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations, smart contracts, and tokenization frameworks for modern capital assets.
• Full-Stack Leadership: Provide technical governance across mobile (Flutter/React Native) and web ecosystems, ensuring a seamless multi-channel experience for institutional and retail investors.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a thought leader—coaching junior architects, setting engineering standards, and guiding developers on modern tech stacks, clean code practices, and system design patterns.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into business value. You will be a key presenter to C-suite executives across global market infrastructure entities and regulatory bodies.

Who You Are

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven transition into leadership or architectural roles.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep proficiency in enterprise architecture for critical infrastructure. Familiarity with C++, Java, Python, React, Flutter, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Performance Engineering: Expertise in high-performance languages (C++/Java) specifically for core trading engines.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Capital Markets, including trade lifecycles, clearing, settlement, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
• Modern Innovation: Proven experience in Web3, Smart Contracts, and deploying LLM-based solutions in a production environment.
• Academic Excellence: A strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams with a background in technical education or professional training.
