We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Engineer to support our production team in processing building-related datasets and monitoring live software applications used in inspection and reporting workflows.

This role involves reviewing and interpreting building facade elevation drawings and floor plans, validating technical data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of production systems. The candidate will assist in processing project datasets, monitoring application performance, identifying issues in production environments, and coordinating with engineering teams to resolve operational problems.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil engineering concepts, be comfortable working with technical drawings, and be proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Excel. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret building facade elevation drawings
• Understand and analyze architectural floor plans
• Assist in validating inspection findings against structural drawings
• Support preparation of technical documentation and reports
• Annotate drawings and images using Photoshop or similar tools
• Organize and manage project documentation using Word and Excel
• Coordinate with engineering and inspection teams
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in production workflows
• Support quality assurance processes for building inspection data

Must Have:

• Ability to read and understand:
• Facade elevation drawings
• Architectural floor plans
• Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / IT related degree
• Experience working with building inspection systems

• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
• Basic understanding of defect identification in building structures

Experience Required

• 1–3 years experience in Civil experience.
• Experience working in a production environment where accuracy, timelines, and quality control are critical.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background may apply

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary package ranging from LKR 65,000 – LKR 100,000, based on qualifications and experience.
