Roles and responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system related matters.
• Provide required hardware/software solutions on time and timely maintenance of hardware/software components.
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology, hardware, software and resources.
• Research potential resources and services to enhance efficiency of current IT system.

Experience, qualifications & skills

• Degree/ Higher National Diploma in computer studies / computer hardware technology or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a reputed organization.
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work on roster basis (24*7 operation)
• Male candidates from Matara will be given preference.
