Role Overview

The Commercial Executive will support the commercial and finance functions by analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and driving data-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP experience, and exposure to the Manufacturing or FMCG sectors in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Prepare commercial reports, profitability analysis, and management presentations.
• Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin monitoring.
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate data reporting.
• Utilize SAP for financial data extraction, reporting, and transaction monitoring.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Excel tools to enhance reporting efficiency and insights.
• Develop impactful presentations using PowerPoint or Canva for management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Part-qualified in CIMA or pursuing an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors in Sri Lanka.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial models).
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot for productivity and reporting enhancement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
