Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices
• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and switches
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, CCTV and network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime
• Assist with security solutions (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection)
• Support cloud services, backups, and email systems
• Maintain documentation and support tickets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in IT support or networking (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
• Experience with Windows OS, troublshooting, Antivirus software, Microsoft 0365 administration,
• Familier with remote support troublshooting.
• Good communication and problem- solving skills
