Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives, contribute to market research, and assist in the creation of compelling marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Support the management of brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for key stakeholders to communicate brand strategy and performance updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • CIM / SLIM qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 3-4 years' experience in brand management/marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food processing industry.
  • Exposure to ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
