Position- Senior Business Analyst.

Employment Type- Full-Time.

Working Model- Hybrid.

Office Location- Kapuwatta, Jaela (Office attendance required once per week and as needed for business meetings)

About the Role

Fetchseed (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role involves close collaboration with international clients and internal technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within software product development or project-based environments (Internship or trainee experience will not be considered).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and bridge business and technical teams
• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing software requirements.
• Strong capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and formalize business requirements and solution needs.
• Additional Competencies Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting strict deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• High level of diligence and resilience, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to research, learn, and adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices.
