Job Scope
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients. You will engage in comprehending client requirements and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with strategic customers, identify their needs and requirements to promote Bileeta’s solutions and drive growth and sustainability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and position Bileeta’s Cloud ERP solutions and associated products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Drive Bileeta’s sales strategy and targets for assigned and prospective clients.
- Proactively involve in key activities to fuel the lead generation process.
- Build strategic relationships and maintain courteous and professional communications with key personnel of existing and prospective clients.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients, incorporating strategies to retain and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
- Conduct research on the latest developments within the industry to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Serve as the link of communication between client accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly budgets and forecasts for revenue, profit and cash flow while maintaining optimum profitability on every sale.
- Involve in client profiling and proposal writing.
- Actively support Products / Solutions launches and marketing-related activities.
Requirements to Apply
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development or Account Management role at an IT/ Cloud Enterprise Solutions company.
- Possessing experience in ERP Sales would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing or Business from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
