The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Qatar. This is a hybrid role (60% Functional / 40% Technical) tailored for a professional who deeply understands the nuances of Oracle Fusion Cloud and the specific legislative requirements of the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, ensuring our HCM suite—specifically Payroll, Absence, and OTL—runs at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Mastery: Act as the primary support lead for Absence Management, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), specifically for Middle Eastern localizations.
• Fast Formula Expert: Debug existing formulas and architect new, complex Fast Formulas to meet evolving business needs.
• Technical Integration: Collaborate closely with PaaS teams (VBCS and OIC) to ensure seamless data flow and custom application performance.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) issues and payroll discrepancies.
• Security & Workflow: Manage, configure, and debug BPM Approvals and Security Profiles to maintain system integrity.
• Innovation: Support the transition and optimization of the Redwood Fusion user experience.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record in Middle East Support (handling localized payroll/legislative rules).
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Familiarity with the Redwood interface is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
