Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our development team. This role will focus on managing and delivering technical solutions, ensuring the smooth execution of project milestones, and aligning development efforts with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the project, managing resources, timelines, and collaborating closely with both technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring that deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor the development team to ensure productivity, quality, and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with experience leading software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Familiarity with Python and Django for backend development, and Flutter for mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL for database management and AWS for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of message bus integration and gRPC for building efficient APIs.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly in financial trend analysis and anomaly detection, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor the development team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
