Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-impact BI solutions. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust ETL scripts, and designing intuitive dashboards that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data architecture and a "design-first" approach to user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Design and implement complex Qlik data models (QVD layer architecture) while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Scripting & ETL: Write efficient Load scripts and utilize advanced Qlik functions (Set Analysis, AGGR, etc.) to handle large datasets.
• Dashboard Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards in Qlik Sense/QlikView that align with modern UI/UX standards.
• Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing applications and SQL queries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for the Qlik environment, including security rules, task scheduling, and extensions.

Required Technical Skills

• Qlik Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView.
• Advanced Scripting: Mastery of Qlik scripting language and Set Analysis.
• Database Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex joins, stored procedures, and views).
• Data Architecture: Solid understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Link Tables.
• API & Extensions: (Optional but preferred) Experience with Qlik APIs and Mashups using JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar BI role.
• Strong communication skills in English (essential for working with global teams).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
