Aquie Beauty Innovations is looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing beauty brand. This role is for someone who can think in concepts, create scroll-stopping content, and design eye-catching packaging that feels premium and unique.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content concepts and creatives for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (posts, reels, short videos).
• Edit short-form videos (hooks, captions, transitions, simple motion graphics).
• Design brand assets: product labels, boxes/packaging, stickers, and marketing materials.
• Support website visuals (banners, product images, simple layouts).
• Work closely with the founder to plan monthly content themes and campaign ideas.
• Use AI tools (e.g., for ideation, mockups, speed workflows) while keeping outputs original and on-brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design / content design (agency or brand experience is a plus).
• Strong design sense: typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Comfortable with tools like Adobe (PS/AI), Canva, CapCut/Premiere (or similar).
• Ability to build creative concepts (not just designing what’s given).
• Basic understanding of social media trends + what performs.
• Portfolio is a must (content + design samples).

Bonus Points

• Packaging design experience (labels/boxes) + mockups.
• Familiarity with beauty/wellness branding.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
