We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Support Officer to manage and support daily IT systems, hardware, networking, and business software operations.

Key Duties:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
• Manage network systems, user access, and basic cybersecurity
• Support and maintain business software and internal systems
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Maintain IT documentation and system records

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Experience in software and system support
• Basic knowledge of software development is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
