We are looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to join our dynamic and growing IT team. In this role, you will apply your foundational IT and networking knowledge to support and enhance our enterprise systems. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in a professional IT

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Networking, or a related technical field.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Mota Data, ManageEngine, Jira, ServiceNow, IT Service Management - ITSM).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive-level or senior technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end patch management lifecycle using platforms such as ManageEngine, Qualys, or Motadata would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate expertise in IT infrastructure and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day IT operations to uphold system reliability and organizational efficiency.
• Managing the complete user lifecycle, from account provisioning to access management and technical support.
• Performing regular system maintenance, including patching and updates, to ensure security and optimal performance.
• Monitoring IT systems to enforce security policies and meet compliance requirements.
• Administering IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborating with various teams to support seamless IT service delivery and project implementation.

Required Skills

• A solid foundation in IT systems, network architectures, and core security principles. Practical experience with IT Service Management tools and frameworks, such as ITIL.
• Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting abilities.
• Skilled in deploying and managing security patches across Windows and Linux environments for both servers and endpoints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a talent for clear documentation and presentation.
• The versatility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
