As a Senior Software Tester/QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our software meets the highest standards.

Location: Maharagama

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated test strategies.
• Detect, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team to resolve issues.
• Contribute to software design and requirement discussions.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all software releases.
• Engage in ongoing enhancement of testing processes.
• Stay informed on the latest testing technologies and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior QA engineers to ensure team growth and success

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in software testing and QA.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in bug tracking and test management tools.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Soapul, etc.).
• Proficiency in code review and understanding of design patterns.
• Experience in TestNG, Appium, Rest assured, Selenium.
• Familiarity with JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins).
• Additional experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment, as well as in security, and accessibility testing, is advantageous.
