Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Telephone Operators to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and represent the organization in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and politely
  • Provide accurate information to callers and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain call records and basic documentation
  • Redirect calls to relevant departments when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company communication standards and procedures
  • Support daily operational requirements related to call handling

Requirements:

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
  • Ability to work on a shift basis
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
    (Sinhala / English / Tamil is an added advantage)
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
  • Customer service–oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
