Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Telephone Operators to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and represent the organization in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and politely
- Provide accurate information to callers and respond to inquiries
- Maintain call records and basic documentation
- Redirect calls to relevant departments when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company communication standards and procedures
- Support daily operational requirements related to call handling
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Ability to work on a shift basis
- Excellent verbal communication skills
(Sinhala / English / Tamil is an added advantage) - Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
- Customer service–oriented attitude
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
