Job related duties and responsibilities

• Assist in managing marketing, printing & customer onboarding operations,
• Collaborate with teams to execute marketing campaigns & postings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Help maintain and prioritize tasks.
• Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to track performance.
• Analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the creation of documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Social media management upon request. (Meta & Google)
• Participate in team meetings including stand-ups, sprint planning, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Project Management, Marketing. IT, or a related fleld
• Basic understanding of project coordination and task management
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills a Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office (project tools are an advantage)
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and a strong team player
